They truly represent why the role of Local Bike Shops can't just be replaced. Mike and crew weren't just about quickly answering your question or pushing to get a sale. They took a genuine interest in getting us setup the right way, something that is rare these days. Furthermore, they were able to give recommendations on local riding trails and certain annual charity rides. It was clear that they were truly rooted into the Bethany Beach community. Don't let anyone steer you elsewhere. As long as I'm within driving distance, they've earned me as a customer for life.

The entire staff is as friendly and courteous as it gets, and their knowledge of all the different cycling styles is unmatched. Mike and Chris went above and beyond a sale to help me surprise my wife for Christmas with the two Trek mountain bikes i purchased for us. They will do whatever it takes to set the customer up with their perfect bike, from the bike itself to any accessories the customer wants. You will also get the same quality of service wheather your bike was purchased from them or from someone else. These guys are as good as it gets. With all the experiences ive had with BC, i can never imagine taking my bicycling buiesness anywhere else.
