The ladies phone presence needs to be greatly improved. Highly unprofessional. Having worked at corporate companies I found their unpolished telephone skills brusque and really needs some work. I guess that's what happens when you own a business in an upscale tourist trap like Bethany. You can be as rude as you would like to be.
Our experience was a positive one. The sales personnel were friendly,helpful and courteous. We bought our dining set,chairs and bar stools. Love this store!
Light, airy & stuffed to overflowing with all manner of beach cottage style home furnishings & decorative items. On the other hand, the staff is not always very friendly & it can be an overwhelming array of choices if you just go to browse
