Dennis Roberts from Roberts Property Management is awesome. We had a leak under the house that we could not identify where it was coming from. He came over immediately and checked it out then came the next day with his contractor. They used a moisture meter and an infra-red imaging device to seek out where the issue was and found it very quickly. Once identified they went to get supplies needed and fixed it IMMEDIATELY!! This kind of customer service is few and far between and we very much appreciate them. We live in the Bethany Beach area and this has been one of our best experiences.
