Just called (1:36PM on a Monday) to have a package re-routed for delivery. Within about 2 minutes of calling I was off the phone with them as they had found my package and help me get it rerouted.
No one EVER answes the phone here. So frustrating.
Called during business hours on wednesday, and no one answered the phone.
