We've used Sandcastle for years and they're always friendly and accommodating. After hours key pickup and drop off means a less stressful trip all around.
Sandcastle reality started off great, until they tried throwing us out and evicting us. They completely messed up our entire vacation. We planned on having our daughters dogs come. The realtor told us we could have the dogs on the phone we found a place that was pet friendly. We immediately booked it and got it done. The owner came to the place that we were at supposed to get out right at that moment, we were bullied and treated horrible. The reality didn't take responsibility for their actions and wrong doing. Our realtor Sandy, messed up and completely screwed us over. The owner of the reality bullied us and tried throwing us out that night. By not being nice and telling us we have 24 hours to leave they told us we had to get out right then and there. Thanks again Sandcastle Reality.
