Overall fantastic experience at Summer Place. Great location with a dunkin donuts pretty much right next door as well as within walking distance of the beach and boardwalk. The rooms are really nice and the pool area is such a nice amenity.

Great place to escape on vacation. Walking distance to the beach. Fees are reasonable. Nice place to own a time share, or just rent for a week.
We have been coming here for 30 years. Value for money and they are updating the units. Home away from home.
Condo is three floor walk up with parking and laundry on the first floor, newly renovated kitchen/ family room on second floor and bedrooms on third floor. Guest only parking and pool, also newly renovated. While there is no ocean view, you are 5 minute walk from the beach. CVS pharmacy, boat house bar and a Dunkin donuts/Baskin Robbins are next door. 10/10 would stay again.
