This hotel is absolutely beautiful and up to par. The staff are exceptional helpful and friendly. My family and I had a wonderful time. The suites have everything you need from comfy bed, 2 televisions, separate living/dining area, kitchen (stovetop, fridge, cupboards and all utensils you need to cook, full continental breakfast:), indoor heated pool, activities and just a serene ambience! And its right on the BOARDWALK:).... Perfect destination!!
This is the most beautiful, clean, and modern hotel of the region! We had a great time with our holidays at Bethany Beach. The staff are friendly. The rooms are a step from the ocean. Get the oceanfront rooms. You won’t regret it!
The room and front desk staff were great. The two bartenders another story. Waited ten minutes to be acknowledged. While I waited I was ignored as the bartenders tended to other patrons. I was dressed causal while other there for a private party were dressed in their Sunday best. Both bartenders need a lesson in a lesson in customers service. I gave four stars only for the room and front desk staff. The bartenders get zero stars
We had such a great experience from booking to checking out at this hotel. Mari and all of the front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly and do their absolute best to make each guest's experience a pleasant one. We have been coming to Bethany Beach for over 10 years and this was our first time staying here and we will certainly be coming back for the ocean views, clean rooms and friendly atmosphere. The hotel is right on the boardwalk right in the center of town and walking distance to everything. We will definitely be telling our friends and family to come here!
How could anyone give this place anything but 5 stars? It is beautiful, clean, perfectly located and staffed with helpful, friendly people. (Except that one jerk waiter in the restaurant - but I can't imagine he will last long.) Really, the rooms are spacious, the towels are huge and they don't mind if you take them back and forth between the INDOOR/OUTDOOR pool - yes that's right, the retractable roof means you can enjoy an outdoor pool in the sun, and an indoor pool when it rains. Only a few feet to the ocean and walk-able to a dozen different restaurants and the huge community playground.
