Wonderful service and fast pizzas! Handled are large party with ease.
I generally rate Grotto locations 4 stars because the food is consistent and good from shop to shop and the service has been consistently good or at least above average. This location gets 5 stars because their service has been the best in my experience. The white pizza is one of the better ones you'll find and the gelato is surprisingly good.
We have ordered from this Grottos location many times over the years, but after our experience tonight I will not be doing so ever again. After being told our delivery order would be to us in an hour, I called back an hour and a half later and was told that it was on its way. At the 2 hour mark I called back to speak to a manager and she was incredibly rude. They had sent the pizza to the wrong address twice, and instead of being apologetic, she accused me of giving them the wrong phone number and address. She also initially stated she was not going to compensate us in any way for the 2 hour (now 2 hour and 40 minute wait). She finally offered a discount, but was still rude and offered no apology. From someone in the customer service industry, I was incredibly disappointed and insulted by this customer service experience and this store manager.
Great Experience. Delicious Pizza and Awesome service. Will recommend and will be returning.
If you come here I would suggest getting their pizza; It's amazing. I haven't tried much else of the menu, but it's a nice place.
